Compass Inn Museum, Ligonier Valley Historical Society
  • Collaborated with Markosky Engineering Group to gather surveys and other archival materials to prepare for an archaeological dig on the museum site.

  • Prepared documentation guidelines and resources for individuals seeking assistance with the NRHP application process.

  • Conducted archival research to provide historical context for museum programming and writing articles for the historical society's newsletter.

  • Accessioned a collection of 50+ artifacts into museum collection management software, which included organizing, photographing, labeling, and writing detailed descriptions for each item. 

  • Managed archival research inquiries, image requests and public access to special collections. 

  • Initiated and delivered a self-guided audio tour of the museum.

  • Created a new museum tour for student field trips that facilitated hands-on learning.
